A HUGE welcome to She SUPs - an all women’s stand-up paddleboarding community focused on empowering women and girls through SUP adventures!
The heart of She SUPs is our Australia-wide, all womens’ SUP community. From absolute beginners to experienced SUP athletes.
EVERY woman is welcome to join us on and off the water, as we embark on adventures together, learn new skills, and share stories & experiences. You don’t need your own board or any previous experience to take part, just a desire to give it a go, have a heap of fun in the process, and be open to meeting (and most likely making friends with) a bunch of awesome like-minded adventurous souls of all ages and backgrounds.
We are proud to say that She SUPs is a social enterprise business, which means that profits from our trips, adventures, lessons and merchandise fund our unique projects and initiatives that help women and girls in more vulnerable circumstances access the benefits of stand-up paddleboarding. Thank you for supporting our mission.

Our SUP Confidence Lessons are for those who may have tried SUP on holiday, with friends or those who have never paddled before but want to try SUP in a safe, female-only environment, where there is no judgement and no pressure!
