A HUGE welcome to She SUPs - an all women’s stand-up paddleboarding community focused on empowering women through SUP adventures!
The heart of She SUPs is our Australia-wide, all womens’ SUP community. From absolute beginners to experienced SUP athletes, we host women from all backgrounds and of all ages on our SUP adventures, tours and lessons.
EVERY woman is welcome to join us on and off the water, as we embark on adventures together, learn new skills, and share stories & experiences. You don’t need your own board or any previous experience to take part, just a desire to give it a go, have a heap of fun in the process, and be open to meeting (and most likely making friends with) a bunch of awesome like-minded adventurous souls of all ages and backgrounds.
If you’re new to SUP: or feeling a little apprehensive, get things started with our super supportive and slow paced SUP Confidence Lessons to leave you feeling more in-the-know with your foundational SUP skills.

Being a heavy weight, fleece lined jumper this jumper is likely to be a little too warm for wearing DURING your paddles in the warmer months, but it’s ideal for pre or post paddling, and of course representing She SUPs out and about when not paddling too!
