Join us on the beautiful Hacking River and paddle into the Royal National Park

ABOUT THIS ADVENTURE

Join She SUPs on one of our half-day SUP Adventures in the Sutherland Shire, exploring the Hacking River and paddling down into the beautiful Royal National Park!

We'll start early (8am) from Grays Point to try to avoid the jet skis that sometimes launch from this area, and head out on a 3.5 hour paddle, heading up stream on the expansive Hacking River, admiring the wildlife on route and stopping half way for morning tea (provided) sat on our SUPs. If you’re looking for a truly natural paddle away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it!

We'll then paddle back at a leisurely rate, and explore a side creek with a small waterfall if we have extra time.

COST

3.5 Hour Guided Paddle + Morning Tea + BYO SUP: $99

3.5 Hour Guided Paddle + Morning Tea + Hire: $139

ABILITY LEVEL

Suitable for beginners who can switch comfortably between kneeling and standing, and intermediate paddlers. We recommend that if you haven’t paddled before, you take a lesson first before this adventure! Click HERE to find out more about our lessons.

WEATHER

The She SUPs team will be in touch with you via SMS if the weather (in particular wind) conditions look unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide a refund. Please assume we are proceeding as normal if you don't hear from us, and trust that we will never run a paddle if it's unsafe to do so. Often generalist forecasts like Apple and Google forecasts are not accurate enough for paddling, so your instructor will be analysing more in-depth weather charts to decide whether to proceed.

MEETING POINT

Details about meeting point and what to wear/bring are shared once you have booked in for this adventure!
